My goal: unpack complexity and connect with readers. Engage and inform corporate executives, professional money managers, seasoned investors and consumers who seek a better grasp of financial markets where hard-earned retirement assets reside.

Editorial assignments span business and finance: capital formation by fledgling companies; deployment of assets by global corporations awash in cash; plain vanilla equity securities and exotic fixed income instruments; mergers, acquisitions and stock repurchases; banking and financial regulation.
